PIMCO Tactical Income Opportunities Fund Trust Units A (TSE:PTO.UN) has released an update.
PIMCO Canada Corp. is planning to merge three of its closed-end funds into a new fund, PIMCO Monthly Enhanced Income Fund, to enhance liquidity and achieve economies of scale. The costs associated with the mergers will be covered by the manager, not the unitholders. The mergers will be subject to approval at special meetings set for December 2024.
