Pilot Energy Limited has voluntarily suspended trading of its shares on the ASX as it prepares to announce a capital raising initiative, managed by Whairo Capital Pty Ltd. The suspension is to ensure an orderly capital raising process and is set to last until the company makes an announcement or until trading resumes on June 17, 2024. There are no known reasons that would impede the voluntary suspension.
