Pilot Corporation has reported the acquisition of 157,900 of its own common shares for a total purchase price of 694.66 million yen, executed between September 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger program approved by the Board of Directors to purchase up to 1 million shares, aiming to enhance shareholder value and optimize capital structure. The purchases were made through the Tokyo Stock Exchange, with a total of 789,700 shares bought back since May 20, 2024.
