Pilbara Minerals Limited has announced plans to fully acquire Latin Resources Limited through a share and option scheme of arrangement, as per their latest joint presentation. This strategic move will see Latin Resources shareholders and optionholders receiving Pilbara Minerals’ shares in exchange for their holdings. Detailed information and independent expert advice on the transaction will be provided to Latin Resources’ stakeholders in an upcoming Scheme Booklet.
