Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. has announced the appointment of Sherry Rexroad as the new Chief Financial Officer effective November 8, 2024, succeeding Robert Bowers. Rexroad, with a strong background in finance from her tenure at STORE Capital LLC and BlackRock, will join the company on October 1, 2024, and is set to receive a comprehensive compensation package including a base salary, incentive bonuses, equity awards, and a relocation bonus. Alongside her appointment, the company has introduced an executive severance plan offering severance benefits to executive officers under specific conditions.
