Piedmont Lithium Director’s Equity Increase

Piedmont Lithium (AU:PLL) has released an update.

Piedmont Lithium Inc. has announced a change in director Jeffrey Armstrong’s interest in the company, resulting from the conversion of 13,976 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) into an equivalent number of common shares. This transaction, which took place on August 15, 2024, leaves Armstrong with a total of 50,824 shares, without any exchange of cash or changes in contractual interests.
