At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 28, 2024, PICC Property and Casualty Co. shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the distribution of the company’s final dividends for the year 2023. The final dividend, set at RMB0.489 per share, is scheduled for payment on August 9, 2024, to shareholders registered by July 14, 2024. Additionally, the company obtained shareholder approval for a 10-year capital supplementary bonds issue of up to RMB12 billion.
