PhosCo Ltd has announced the issuance of 2 million new ‘Performance Rights’ securities, which are set to be released on May 6, 2024. These securities are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be quoted on the ASX. The issuance is aimed at bolstering the company’s employee compensation packages with additional unquoted equity options.
