Phoenix Copper Bonds Debut on The International Stock Exchange

Phoenix Copper (GB:PXC) has released an update.

Phoenix Copper Ltd has successfully listed its corporate copper bonds, valued at US$110 million, on The International Stock Exchange (TISE), with a ticker symbol of PHCOUSDN. The bonds, maturing in 2033, have seen a major subscription by NIU Invest SE for US$80 million, while the remainder is managed by The Bank of New York Mellon as Custodian. Additionally, a second tranche of bonds worth US$5 million has been issued to NIU Invest, indicating strong investor confidence and the company’s ongoing expansion in the metals market.
