Phenom Resources Corp. has successfully completed an over-subscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $1.24 million through the issuance of 2.75 million units priced at $0.45 each. These units include a share and a warrant, which allows purchasing an additional share at $0.65 until 2027. The funds raised will contribute to the company’s ongoing projects, including the payment for the King Solomon Gold Project option.
