Phenom Resources Corp. is launching a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1,125,000 through the sale of units at $0.45 each, which includes a common share and a warrant, with an over-allotment option to increase the issue size by 10%. The funds raised will support work programs on the company’s exploration properties and general working capital. The offer targets qualified purchasers with securities subject to a four-month holding period and requires regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
