Phenom Resources Corp has announced the expiry of 6,977,325 warrants related to a 2021 private placement, and is concurrently pursuing two DOE grant applications for its Carlin Vanadium Project, with potential funding up to $300 million. Additionally, the company is exploring potential gold acquisitions in Nevada under the guidance of experienced geological consultant Dave Mathewson, aiming to strengthen its gold portfolio in a favorable market.
