Pharos Energy (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy plc has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 63,581 ordinary shares on 14 October 2024, all at a price of 25 pence per share, which will subsequently be cancelled. This latest transaction brings the total shares bought back for cancellation to over 28 million since July 2022, costing the company approximately £6.7 million. Following the cancelation, the company’s issued share capital will consist of 423,955,319 ordinary shares, with 9,122,268 held in treasury.
