Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its First Extraordinary General Meeting of 2024, achieving a quorum with approximately 40% of the total shares with voting rights represented. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the proposed engagement of both domestic financial and international auditors for the fiscal year 2024, with over 99% of votes cast in favor of each resolution. The meeting, which included attendance by the company’s board of directors, was held in compliance with the PRC Company Law and the Articles of Association of the company.
