PEXA Group Limited (ASX: PXA) has requested an immediate trading halt on the Australian Securities Exchange, pending a forthcoming announcement by the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC). The halt is to ensure proper management of the company’s disclosure obligations and will last until either the announcement is made or trading resumes on Friday, 28 June 2024.
