Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 121,519 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging between 299.80 to 306.00 GBp per share. Following the buyback, the company will cancel the acquired shares, which leaves the total number of voting rights at 467,540,023. The buyback is part of a previously announced program designed to return value to shareholders.
