Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback transaction, purchasing 82,167 of its Ordinary Shares at a volume-weighted average price of 299.7978 GBp. These shares will be cancelled, consequently reducing the total number of shares in issue to 466,642,856, and this same number represents the company’s total voting rights post-transaction.
