Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 125,000 of its own Ordinary Shares on July 4, 2024, at prices ranging from 295.60 to 299.80 GBp per share. Following the buyback, the shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 466,870,023, which also represents the total voting rights. The transaction was conducted through Deutsche Numis as part of a previously announced initiative aimed at reducing the company’s share capital.
