Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 120,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 295.40 to 302.80 GBp per share, with the transaction conducted through Deutsche Numis. Following the buyback, these shares will be cancelled, resulting in a total of 467,420,023 remaining Ordinary Shares, which also represents the total voting rights. Shareholders may use this information as a basis for notification obligations under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
