Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging between 307.00 and 310.80 GBp, which will be subsequently cancelled. This action is part of a previously announced Share Buyback Programme aimed at reducing the company’s share capital. As a result, the total number of remaining Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the company now stands at 465,327,396.
