Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 125,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging between 300.60 to 305 GBp per share, with the shares set to be cancelled. This action will leave the company with 466,017,856 Ordinary Shares in issue and the same number of voting rights, as no shares will be held in treasury. Shareholders may use this information as the denominator for their interest notification obligations.
