Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc’s Group Chief Financial Officer, Michael Iddon, has engaged in a stock transaction involving the company’s shares. Iddon exercised options under the 2019 Restricted Stock Plan, selling 17,832 shares at £2.892 each to cover tax liabilities and retaining 19,234 shares. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and totaled £51,570.14.
