PetroTal Corp (TSE:TAL) has released an update.
PetroTal Corp. has awarded performance share units (PSUs) to its employees and officers following a dividend payment of US$13.7 million, or US$0.015/share, which represents a 10.9% annualized yield. The dividend, paid to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2024, has led to the issuance of an additional 522,120 PSUs, aligning with the company’s PSU plan and vesting schedules. PetroTal, an oil and gas company with a primary focus on developing assets in Peru, has now a total of 10,598,317 PSUs outstanding.
