PetroTal Executes Share Buyback Program

Petro Tal Corp (TSE:TAL) has released an update.

PetroTal Corp. has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 88,948 of its common shares to be cancelled, as part of its previously announced buyback program through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited. Following the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 914,927,048 common shares. This move comes as the company, which is the largest crude oil producer in Peru, continues to focus on the development of its flagship Bretana oil field.
