PetroTal Corp. has been informed of a significant change in share ownership as Kite Lake Capital Management (UK) LLP, based in London, crossed a notifiable threshold on October 3, 2024. Kite Lake Capital Management now indirectly holds 11.9724% of the voting rights through financial instruments, specifically Contracts for Difference (CFDs), with a total of 109,446,226 voting rights. This marks a slight decrease from their previous notification, where they held 12.524% of the voting rights.
