PetroTal Corp. has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing a total of 83,190 common shares, which will subsequently be cancelled, thereby reducing the number of shares in issue to 915,015,996. The buyback occurred on May 1, 2024, with transactions facilitated by Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited at prices ranging from 47.650 to 47.850 pence in the UK and 0.815 to 0.820 CAD in Canada. The share repurchase is part of a program announced the previous year and is in line with the company’s strategy to manage share capital effectively.
