PetroTal Corp. has executed a share buyback, as planned in their previously announced programme, purchasing a total of 100,000 common shares which will be subsequently cancelled. This buyback affects the company’s total number of voting rights, which will now be 914,604,530. The transaction signifies the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital and reflects confidence in its own financial health.
