Petrofac Limited has announced the extension of its forbearance agreement, delaying actions from noteholders regarding unpaid interest on its senior secured notes until at least October 18, 2024. This move provides the company additional time to progress with its financial restructuring. An ad hoc group of noteholders, representing roughly 47% of the outstanding notes, has agreed to the extension.
