Petrofac Limited has announced the departure of Non-executive Directors Ayman Asfari, who co-founded the company and played a key role in its public listing and growth, and Francesca Di Carlo, who contributed significantly to the company’s governance and ethics. The company expressed deep gratitude for their years of service and wished them success in their future endeavors.
