Petrobras, a major oil player, has announced the redemption of its 4.750% Global Notes due in 2025, with the redemption process to conclude on July 29, 2024. The company will utilize its available cash to fulfill the redemption, which will see the notes delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and all related obligations extinguished.
