Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.
Petrobras, through its subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF), has concluded a cash tender offer for several series of its notes, with the total cash payment for the accepted notes amounting to approximately $935.8 million, funded by cash on hand. The offers, which were subject to conditions detailed in the Offer to Purchase document, expired on September 9, 2024, and the settlement is expected on September 13, 2024. Notably, all conditions for the offer as stipulated in the Offer to Purchase were met by the expiration date.
