Petrobras Subsidiary Launches $1 Billion Global Notes

Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.

Petrobras Global Finance B.V., a subsidiary of Petrobras, has entered into an underwriting agreement with major financial institutions to issue $1 billion in 6.000% Global Notes due 2035. The notes are guaranteed by Petrobras and will be registered under the Securities Act of 1933. This financial move is aimed at raising capital, and the underwriting agreement outlines the terms of sale, delivery, payment, and legal provisions for the notes.
