Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.
Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras has announced a memorandum of understanding with Argentina’s YPF to explore joint ventures in the E&P sector. The three-year non-binding agreement also involves technological cooperation to share knowledge, leveraging Petrobras’s expertise in deepwater operations and YPF’s experience in unconventional oil and gas exploration. This collaboration aims to capitalize on the resources of the Neuquén Basin, known for its shale gas and shale oil.
