Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.
Petrobras has achieved record-breaking performance in September 2024, with its Total Utilization Factor (FUT) of refineries hitting a peak of 96.8%, leading to a robust quarterly average of 95.2%. The company also set new highs in pre-salt oil processing, which constituted 73% of the total for the quarter, and in gasoline production, reaching 6.38 million cubic meters, alongside a notable increase in asphalt output. These milestones were attributed to modernization investments, asset reliability, process optimization, and innovative technologies.
