Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.
Petrobras has announced the payment of the second installment of dividends based on the December 31, 2023 balance sheet, with a gross amount of R$ 1,46934144 per share being distributed today. Shareholders with up-to-date registrations will receive payments directly in their bank accounts, while holders of ADRs can expect payment by June 27, 2024. Unclaimed dividends after three years will revert to the company as per Brazilian law.
