Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.
Petrobras announces the distribution of dividends to its shareholders, effective today, based on the March 2024 balance sheet, with a gross amount of R$ 0.52162113 per share. Shareholders registered with Banco Bradesco will receive the payments automatically in their bank accounts, while ADR holders can expect their dividends from JP Morgan Chase beginning August 27, 2024. Unclaimed dividends after three years will revert to the company.
