Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras (PBR) has released an update.
Petrobras has successfully concluded the sale of its entire stake in METANOR S/A, amounting to 50% of the voting shares and 34.54% of the total capital. METANOR, a company established in 1969, is engaged in the methanol market, specializing in the production and commercialization of methanol and its derivatives, such as formaldehyde and hexamine, through its subsidiary COPENOR. This transaction is in line with Petrobras’ disclosed governance processes and strategic operations.
