Petrobras has announced the appointment of new executive officers, with Renata Baruzzi and Sylvia dos Anjos taking their positions immediately and Fernando Melgarejo starting after his retirement on July 15, 2024. The executives bring a wealth of experience, with Baruzzi having 38 years at Petrobras, dos Anjos holding over 42 years in the E&P area, and Melgarejo serving 37 years at Banco do Brasil. These strategic appointments follow thorough governance procedures and are poised to guide Petrobras through its next phase of growth.
