Petro-Victory Energy Corp. has issued 100,000 Bonus Warrants to a lender as part of a forbearance agreement to extend a loan’s principal payment, with these warrants exercisable at CAD$2.03 until August 2026. In a separate development, Harvison Capital Management, LLC has converted all of its restricted shares, resulting in ownership of approximately 8.99% of the company’s voting securities.
