Petmed Express (PETS) just unveiled an update.
PetMed Express, Inc. has appointed Doug Krulik as its new Chief Accounting Officer, bringing his extensive 20-year background in accounting and finance to the role. Krulik’s previous positions include leadership roles at Etherio Holdings and Jushi Holdings, Inc., as well as experience at Magic Leap and Hollywood Companies, and he is a CPA with an MBA from the University of Miami. His compensation package includes a $300,000 annual salary, standard employee benefits, eligibility for annual equity awards, and 40,000 restricted stock units that vest over three years, with severance benefits under certain conditions.
