Petershill Partners PLC has announced a tender offer to repurchase up to 37,870,955 ordinary shares, returning up to $100 million to shareholders at a premium price of £2.14 per share. The offer, representing a 15% premium over the closing share price on April 22, 2024, is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Shareholders can look forward to potential earnings accretion and enhanced liquidity, with the tender opening on April 23, 2024, and closing on May 31, 2024.
