Petershill Partners Completes Major Share Buyback

Petershill Partners PLC (GB:PHLL) has released an update.

Petershill Partners PLC has successfully concluded its Tender Offer, purchasing 37,870,952 Ordinary Shares at £2.14 each, totaling £81,043,837. This buyback represents about 3.38% of the company’s issued share capital, with a subsequent planned reduction in total shares from 1,119,579,119 to 1,081,708,167. Shareholders involved in the Tender Offer will receive their proceeds by mid-June 2024.
