Peter L. Rhein has announced his upcoming retirement from the Board of Directors at Cohen & Steers, Inc., with plans to step down by the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. A long-standing member since 2004, Rhein has contributed extensively, notably chairing the Audit Committee for 17 years, and participating in both the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. His decision to retire is amicable, with no disputes cited with the Company or its management.
