Peter Kight Retires from indie Semiconductor Board

indie Semiconductor (INDI) just unveiled an update.

Peter Kight has announced his retirement from the indie Semiconductor, Inc. Board of Directors and will not seek reelection at the upcoming annual stockholders’ meeting. His departure, set for June 13, 2024, comes with no disputes over the company’s operations or policies. In appreciation of Kight’s service, the company will downsize its board to eight members post-retirement.
