Petards (GB:PEG) has released an update.
Petards Group PLC, the developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, has completed the acquisition of Affini Technology Group Limited, a provider of critical communications solutions. The deal, valued at £2.5 million in cash and an additional 4,176,810 new ordinary shares, strengthens Petards’ presence in various sectors including transport and defense. The company expects the new shares to be admitted for trading on AIM by 18 June 2024, bringing its total number of ordinary shares in issue to 61,705,039.
