Petards (GB:PEG) has released an update.
Petards Group PLC, a developer of advanced security and surveillance systems listed on AIM, has conditionally agreed to acquire Affini Technology Group Limited, a critical communications provider for various sectors, for approximately £2.8 million. The deal, which includes a mix of cash and shares, aims to strengthen Petards’ product portfolio and market reach, and is expected to enhance the company’s recurring revenue stream. Affini, with a strong track record in critical communications and a focus on high-barrier markets, is seen as a complementary fit to Petards’ growth strategy.
