Peruvian Metals (TSE:PER) has released an update.
Peruvian Metals Corp, a Canadian exploration and mineral processing company, has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements and expects to submit the required documentation by August 30, 2024. The company is under a management cease trade order which restricts its executives from trading shares but does not impact public shareholders. Management is working diligently to meet the new deadline and confirms no other material changes or defaults have occurred.
