Personal Group Holdings Plc has announced that its Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) has acquired 5,000 additional shares at £1.5588 each to support employee share ownership plans, a move that underscores the company’s commitment to employee engagement and investment opportunities for its workforce. Following this transaction, the EBT now holds 80,320 ordinary shares, representing 0.26% of the total voting rights in the company.
