Perseus Mining Ups Stake in Predictive Discovery

Predictive Discovery Limited (AU:PDI) has released an update.

Perseus Mining Limited has significantly increased its stake in Predictive Discovery Limited, with its voting power rising from 13.82% to 19.86% through on-market and off-market purchases as well as a share sale agreement. The transactions, which involved over $30 million in consideration, have effectively solidified Perseus’s position as a substantial holder in the company.
