Perseus Mining Limited has announced a change in the interests of director David Meldrum Ransom, who sold 50,000 shares at $2.42 per share through an on-market sale. Following the transaction, Ransom indirectly holds 27,973 ordinary fully paid shares in the company. The sale took place on June 24, 2024, and was conducted through Haustella Pty Ltd as trustee for the Ransom Family Superfund.
